1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the rbaje platform, including the website at rbaje.club, the rbaje mobile application, and any related services. By accessing or using rbaje in any way — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside rbaje's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and rbaje. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2Eligibility

To use rbaje, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one rbaje account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same bKash or Nagad number, the same device, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, rbaje reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and the bKash or Nagad number you intend to use for transactions. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
• rbaje will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If someone claiming to be rbaje support asks for your password, do not provide it and report the contact immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact rbaje support immediately so the account can be secured.

rbaje accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person under any circumstances.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rbaje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash or Nagad. No other currencies or payment methods are accepted. The minimum deposit amount is 200 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit, though rbaje may apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.

The bKash or Nagad account used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted. If a deposit is received from a third-party account, rbaje reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the player account pending review.

• Deposits are credited to your rbaje balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by bKash or Nagad — typically within a few minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise verified by the support team.

• rbaje does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by bKash or Nagad are outside rbaje's control and are the player's responsibility.

5Bonuses and Promotions

rbaje offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

• rbaje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus winnings if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting a technical error in the bonus system.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on rbaje are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. These rules are available within each game or betting section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed. rbaje does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where a technical error on rbaje's part has resulted in an incorrect bet being recorded.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within each game or market before you place your bet.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or live bet, rbaje will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with the relevant game rules. Where a round cannot be completed, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned.

• rbaje reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error, regardless of whether the bet has already settled.

7Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

rbaje is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban from rbaje:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with any part of the rbaje platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be voided.

8Account Suspension and Closure

rbaje reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account after any applicable verification checks.

You may close your rbaje account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion option rather than a standard account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional protections.

9Responsible Gaming
